During this pandemic we will begin to implement the use of telemedicine when appropriate and will be performed based on insurance coverage/ policy. Below you will find a list of common telemedicine visits… (this list is subject to change at any time).
How does telemedicine work?
Telemedicine works similar to a face-to-face office visit. You will call the office to schedule your appointment and will be provided with further instructions on how to access your telemedicine visit. You must be available at the time your scheduled session begins. If you miss your appointment time you will need to contact the office to reschedule your telemedicine visit.
How can I schedule a telemedicine visit for my child?
If your child is experiencing any of the below symptoms, they may be medically eligible to schedule a telemedicine visit with one of our providers. Please contact our office to schedule a telemedicine visit and complete the Telemedicine Consent Form below.
(Note: Not all insurances cover telemedicine.)
How much does a telemedicine visit cost?
Telemedicine visits are covered by many insurance companies under your plan benefits and your insurance may assign patient responsibility of copay, coinsurance, or deductible.
I don't have insurance. How much does a telemedicine visit cost?
The self pay rate for a telemedicine visit is $75.00.
What device do I need?
You can schedule a telemedicine visit if you have a smart phone, tablet, or computer. All approved devices must have a functioning camera.
Do I need to download an app or create a login?
No, there is no need to download an app or create a login. Once you have scheduled your telemedicine visit, additional instructions will be provided.
